Beverly Hills Home Health Care is a customer driven/guided organization.
Our interdisciplinary team has developed tools and techniques to serve patients in their homes; affording us the ability to establish and maintain excellent unparalleled service throughout the course of our patient’s care. Members of our professional staff have been serving this Southern California community since 1975.
Headed by the Registered nurses and guided by the physician, our interdisciplinary team implements the Plan of Care with our patients and their families.
Using our “Outcomes” directed treatment module, our goal is to empower our clients to regain independence in the home while increasing/improving comfort and the quality of health
Providing medical services in the home is our focus. We have developed extensive bridges of health care connections from the client's home to the acute hospital, community clinic, and doctors’ offices providing a safe and secure network of services available for all.

Skilled Nursing Services Include:
- In-Depth physical assessment and evaluation of all body systems
- Pain Management
- Diabetic Care and Training
- Diabetic Medications and Supplies
- Administer Wound Management Program
- Administer all kinds of injections
- Home Infusion Therapy (IV & TPN)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Respiratory Therapy (Oxygen, Nebulizer, Inhaler)
- Bowel and Bladder Training
- Catheter Care
- Enteral Feedings
- Total Personal Care (light housekeeping and meal preparation)
- Medical Supplies and Appliances
- Ostomy Care
- Instruct about medication regimen and side effects
- Arrangements will be made with a durable medical equipment dealer for delivery of equipment to the patient’s home
- Check and teach use of Medical Supplies and Appliances
- Laboratory Services
Initiating Service
Typically physicians initiate referrals from their offices, local hospitals, board and care, skilled nursing facilities. Referrals may be generated by patients, their families, interested persons or agencies and we assist them. After our intake coordinator receives the referral information and at the physicians request our professional nurse will assess the patient within 48 hours unless specific care is required sooner.
Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation Services Programs:
THIS TEAM OF PRACTITIONERS INCLUDES:
1. Physical Therapists who provide physician-prescribed treatment aimed at development and restoration of muscle-skeletal and joint function.
2. Home Health Aide Services provide total personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
3. Occupational Therapists who help clients regain self-care skills and the activities of daily living.
4. Speech Therapist provide corrective therapy to develop or re-establish communication skills.
5. Social Services multilingual professional staff assist the clients and their families/caregivers with the traumatic impact of illness. Linkage with agencies or individuals that offer/provide financial resources and community support groups is also available. These professionals are especially sensitive to the unique multicultural influences of our diverse community.
